The insurance industry has been hit with challenges like never before. From finding new ways of working, looking after the safety and well-being of its staff, continuing to serve its customers the best they can and trying to manage the continuation of business, whilst identifying and dealing with the new emerging risks associated with Covid-19.  It certainly is a testing and challenging time for most businesses and in addition firms need to ensure that they do not fall foul of the FCA regulations.
