About the course: An exciting and fun way of learning about the basics of insurance in just one day. Come and join us in this fun and rapid tour of insurance illustrated with examples, stories and practical exercises! This course has now been running for over 10 years and is very popular with insurers, brokers and people who work in the associated companies such as claims management companies, accounts/admin staff, loss adjusters/assessors, marketing etc

• It is an excellent one day course for providing your staff with a basic, but broad understanding of the world of insurance. They will hear and learn so much during the day about the insurance world which they would not pick up in any text book or probably during their career!
