The No Jargon Compliance Company

If you are looking for help with FSA Regulatory Compliance or looking for help in training your staff, you have come to the right site. Look no further. You have reached the One Stop Compliance Shop.

Compliance and regulation can we say, is not always viewed as the sexiest of subjects, and some working in this field may sound like they have eaten a regulatory encyclopedia for lunch. It can however be complex and especially since the advent of the Principle Based regulation - knowing which way to turn and exactly what it is you have to do is difficult. That's why we are here to help firms through the regulatory maze, in the simplist, and most cost effective way for your business.

We provide a wide range of services to the General Insurance Market.

We also provide training in Insurance technical subjects and also design and deliver a range of personal and business development courses. Please look through our site and talk to us to find out how we can help you and your firm.

Business risk awareness workshops

  • The FSA now hold these around the country, going from region to region. Their programme started in the northwest and they post details of dates for each subsequent region on their website

Regulatory reviews

  • These  take place three months after the workshops. These help the FSA  find out more about the risks in your firm and how you deal with them

Follow-up work

  • Not all firms will have follow-up work, but if you do this will take place soon after your review and will be either steps the FSA have asked you to take, or checks by them to make sure our initial review was accurate.
